These office based sessions are 55-60 minutes in length, typically meeting weekly or bi-weekly depending on your stated needs, and provide a safe and peaceful place for you to come as you explore your strengths, struggles, and goals for the future.

Mindfulness is often a very helpful practice that can be integrated into our therapy and helps to cultivate a deep level of inner awareness and connection to the present moment.  Many people are suffering from pain rooted in their past experiences and/or fear about what will happen in the future.  This pain can restrict people from feeling fully present in their everyday lives.  Mindfulness can help connect you to the present moment, provide compassion & healing for your pain, & help create space within you to experience inner peace.
