Welcome to my blog dedicated to enjoying life! To me, enjoyment in life usually comes from the little things: seeing a majestic sunset, the thoughtfulness of a friend, or a helpful hand from a stranger. These moments are everywhere, happening all the time, but can be easily overlooked or taken for granted. When we are so busy it can be hard to appreciate the small wonders of the world, but you can teach yourself to take a moment, breathe, and be aware of something beautiful in your life at any moment. My hope is that this blog will help us be more connected to life, as well as provide ideas for strengthening our well-being.
